Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of APBuddy Reporting, operated by Willow Park Ventures Pty Ltd. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

APBuddy Reporting is a financial reporting and analysis platform that consolidates data from connected Xero organisations and provides reporting, analysis, and AI-assisted commentary.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must have authority to access the financial information of any organisation you connect or view. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for activity under your account.

3. Connecting Xero

By connecting a Xero organisation, you confirm you are authorised to grant access to that organisation’s data. You can revoke access at any time from within the Service or from your Xero account.

4. Accuracy and not financial advice

Figures shown are derived from data retrieved from Xero and may be affected by mapping configuration, foreign-currency rates, and timing of synchronisation. The Service — including AI-generated output — is provided for information only and does not constitute accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice. Always verify figures against source records before relying on them for decisions, reporting, or compliance.

5. AI-generated content

AI features can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it.

6. Beta service and availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may be offered as an early-access (beta) release. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service. You retain all rights in your organisation’s underlying financial data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Willow Park Ventures Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your organisations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached.

10. Changes and governing law
